Print the 4-page PDF once, cut pages 3-4 along the dashed lines, and keep the 12 cards by the board.
Space and body safety: keep feet planted, stay in your own space with arm-length room, and move slowly. Stop if you feel dizzy. Every movement is contact-free and seated-friendly — no touching classmates, no balancing games, and no one is ever out.
Cards are independent, so you can mix them into the routines you already have — one card per transition is enough.
